Our services are based on a unique methodology, T.R.A.C.E., developed by us to rapidly identify revenue leakage or inaccuracy. It comprises of 2 stages:

Detect Transaction, Reconciliation and Accuracy issues. These are the most obvious areas for error and loss. Typical detections are calls and events incorrectly charged, or issues such as suboptimal rounding and system losses due to drops and filters.

Stage 2 – Deeper Dive! Revenue Assurance Scope, Controls & Risk Assessment
The Controls & Efficiency sections of our methodology are designed to drill deeper into your RA processes and typically identify where revenue controls and reporting can be improved, giving you demonstrated controls over systems, process and reporting.
